Who we are
This website is operated by Digeo Productions Ltd (company number 11228354), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 3 Pebble Close Business Village, Tamworth, England, B77 4RD, trading as Digeo Collective. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Digeo Productions Ltd.

What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. The main way this happens is through the enquiry form on our Start a Project page, which asks for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your organisation (optional)
- A description of your project
- Timeline and budget (optional)
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website — see “Analytics” below for details.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project with you. Our legal basis for this is legitimate interest — responding to enquiries people send us directly. We don’t use your details for marketing, and we don’t sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
How your enquiry is handled
When you submit the enquiry form, its contents are sent to us by email via Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes the message on our behalf. We don’t store enquiry data in any database — it exists only as the email we receive. Our website is hosted on Vercel, which may process standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability purposes, in line with its own privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how many people visit this website and which pages they find useful, so we can improve it. When you first visit, you’ll see a banner asking whether you’re happy for us to do this. Google Analytics only sets cookies and collects usage data if you accept — if you decline or don’t respond, no analytics cookies are set and no data is collected. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings, which brings the banner back. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf; see Google’s Privacy Policy for how they handle this data. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google’s browser opt-out tool.
Video content
Some case studies on this site include videos hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. These are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode, which means neither platform sets tracking cookies unless and until you actively choose to play a video. If you do, that platform’s own privacy policy applies to any data they then collect.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if a project goes ahead, for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see “Your rights” below).
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to or restrict how we use your data
- Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format

Children
This website is intended for businesses and organisations, and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
